Cristina has been practicing law for years at various law firms and has vast experience and training, acquired through her pursuit of excellence and a high level of specialization in her field. Specifically, Cristina is well-versed in Immigration Law, assisting foreign nationals and investors through the process of acquiring resident visas, nationality, and other matters. She has also practiced Labor Law, handling workplace accidents and severance claims.
She has a Law degree from Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona), a Postgraduate in Labor Law from the School of Higher Studies at the same university, and she is also a Master in Business Law appointed by the Barcelona Bar Association (BBA).
Cristina, who speaks 4 languages (Spanish, English, German, and Catalan), has successfully completed her academic background with several specialized courses, including a Labor Procedures course, a Labor Reform course, a specialized course in Immigration, and a course on Social Security, all provided by the BBA, as well as a course on Wages and Contributions at the Center for Financial Studies (CFS).
Cristina collaborated with the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (HILE) and joins ICN LEGAL in 2016, drawn to the global and international aspects of the law firm, to be in charge of the Labor and Immigration departments.
